As Managing Director of NursLink Homecare, Stuart is committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred care, leading the organisation with a focus on clinical excellence, continuous improvement and positive outcomes for every client.
As Head of Operations, Vera is passionate about empowering our team to deliver outstanding care. She is responsible for finance, new business development, invoicing and operational management, while also overseeing service delivery, quality, staff support and customer care to ensure the highest standards are maintained.
Rakhee supports our team with mandatory training, training compliance, expiry monitoring and staff compliance records, helping to ensure our workforce remains fully trained, compliant and ready to deliver outstanding care.
As Marketing Manager, Roisin leads all digital and physical marketing for NursLink Homecare. From website content and social media to advertising, printed materials and branding, she ensures our communications are clear, consistent and reflect the quality of care our team delivers.
Sandra is our Head of Clinical and Nominated Individual. She works closely with our carers and the families we support, ensuring person-centred care remains at the heart of every decision. Sandra oversees clinical governance, clinical oversight, training, competencies and clinical queries, while also providing an independent route for raising concerns about safety, poor practice or organisational culture.
Hannah is our Registered Manager and works closely with our carers to ensure they feel confident, supported and fully equipped to deliver exceptional care. She oversees service delivery, quality assurance, safeguarding, care planning, risk management, staff support and customer concerns, while providing day-to-day leadership for the care team.
Philippa is responsible for rotas, scheduling, recruitment, onboarding, staff availability and shift planning. She plays a key role in keeping services organised, ensuring shifts are covered and our care teams have the support they need to deliver outstanding care.
